Terms &
Conditions
Clear terms for automotive repair, mobile and roadside assistance, car care, and hydraulic engineering services in Dubai. Please read this information before requesting or authorising a service.
Important: your quote and consumer rights matter
These general terms explain how enquiries and services are handled. A specific accepted quotation, work order, invoice or written warranty may add job-specific details. If any wording conflicts with mandatory UAE consumer-protection law, the applicable law takes priority. Nothing here is intended to exclude statutory remedies for defective goods or inadequate services.
Overview & acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) describe the general rules for using 95services.com and requesting services from 95 Services (“we,” “us” or “our”), operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The website provides information and ways to contact our team; it does not, by itself, guarantee a booking, fixed price or repair outcome.
By submitting a service request, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms. A service agreement is formed when the relevant work, price or pricing basis, and acceptance are confirmed between you and us, subject to applicable law. Job-specific written documents and mandatory consumer rights take precedence where relevant.
If you are booking for a company, another vehicle owner or equipment owner, you should have authority to request and approve the relevant work.
Services & geographic coverage
Depending on availability, technical requirements and location, we provide or arrange automotive inspection, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs, including engine, AC, electrical, battery, brake, transmission and tyre-related work; selected mobile and roadside assistance; detailing and related vehicle care; and inspection, repair or technical support for hydraulic components and equipment.
Not every service can be completed at a customer's roadside, home, office or workplace. Some jobs require a suitable workshop, specialist tools, additional inspection, parts or recovery/transport. We will explain the proposed service method before work proceeds.
Our primary automotive service area is Dubai. For other locations or industrial hydraulic projects, contact our team to check whether support is possible. Service availability, response times and coverage are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Booking requests & appointment confirmation
You may contact us through the website enquiry form, telephone, WhatsApp or another listed communication channel. When requesting a service, provide accurate information about your vehicle or equipment, symptoms, location, and contact details.
- Sending an enquiry is a request, not an automatically confirmed appointment.
- We may ask for additional information or photographs to assess the appropriate next step.
- Appointment availability depends on technician scheduling, safety, parts, location and the nature of the problem.
- We will inform you if a particular job requires a workshop visit, vehicle recovery or further evaluation.
A confirmation should specify the agreed service, time or arrival window where practicable, location and any call-out or inspection charge.
Inspection, diagnosis & estimates
Initial advice based on descriptions, photographs, fault codes or messages is preliminary. A reliable diagnosis may require a physical inspection, scanner testing, component checks, dismantling or other work. Similar symptoms can have different causes.
We aim to explain known inspection or diagnostic charges before proceeding. A preliminary price is not a final fixed quotation unless clearly identified as such. Additional faults, unavailable parts, damage discovered during dismantling, or different technical findings may affect scope and cost.
Work authorisation & changes of scope
We may ask you to approve a written quotation, work order, message confirmation, repair recommendation or other service authorisation. We will use the agreed authorisation to guide the work performed.
- We will explain significant differences between the original request and recommended repairs.
- You may request a breakdown of proposed labour, major parts and applicable additional charges.
- If you decline further repairs after an agreed diagnosis, charges for work already authorised and performed may still be payable, subject to applicable law.
- If a safety-related fault is found, we may recommend that you do not drive or operate the vehicle or equipment until it has been addressed.
Any written agreement about a fixed-price service, specific components or special conditions should be kept with your invoice for future reference.
Service prices, VAT & invoices
Prices may depend on the vehicle make and model, equipment type, fault complexity, parts selection, service location, labour requirements and diagnostic findings. We aim to identify applicable inspection, call-out, parts, labour, transport and other material charges in the quotation or before they are incurred.
Quoted prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Any applicable VAT or other legally required tax will be explained and charged in accordance with the law and reflected in the relevant documentation. Promotional or indicative website prices may have limitations identified in the offer.
Customers should receive appropriate invoices or transaction records, including service details and any applicable taxes, in accordance with UAE requirements. Where Arabic documentation is legally required, it should be made available in the required form.
Payments & outstanding balances
The payment amount, payment method, deposit (if any), and due date should be confirmed as part of the relevant booking, quote or invoice. Please do not send money to unverified bank details, personal accounts or payment links; confirm payment instructions directly using our published contact information.
If a deposit is requested for a special-order part or a major repair, the purpose of the deposit and the applicable cancellation or refund treatment should be disclosed before payment. Payments for authorised completed work remain subject to applicable statutory rights and agreed terms.
Contact us promptly if you believe an invoice contains an error so that the charge and supporting service record can be reviewed.
Rescheduling, cancellation & refunds
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact us as soon as possible. We will explain whether inspection, dispatch, special-order parts or already-authorised work has created a charge. Any applicable cancellation, call-out or non-refundable special-order condition must have been appropriately disclosed and agreed, and will not override your statutory rights.
| Situation | General approach |
|---|---|
| Before service or dispatch | Contact us to reschedule or cancel; any agreed fees and refund treatment will be reviewed. |
| After authorised inspection or work | Charges may apply to work actually agreed and performed, where lawful. |
| Special-order parts or deposits | We will explain supplier restrictions and any agreed terms before ordering or collecting payment. |
| Defective goods or inadequate services | We will assess the issue and provide remedies required by applicable UAE consumer-protection law. |
Refund eligibility, the appropriate repair or replacement remedy and payment processing time depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Please retain your invoice and contact us with the relevant booking details.
Mobile repairs, roadside assistance & recovery
Selected work may be carried out at a safe, accessible location such as a permitted parking area, home, office or roadside site. Mobile assistance depends on site conditions, vehicle fault, tools, technician availability and legal or property restrictions.
- Keep people safely away from live traffic and hazardous work areas. Do not remain in an unsafe position to wait for assistance.
- Provide a correct location and disclose access restrictions, parking rules and relevant risks.
- A technician may decline, stop or relocate work if the site is unsafe or unsuitable.
- Recovery or towing may require separate pricing, authorisation and a specialist provider; it is not automatically included in a roadside call-out.
- Arrival windows are estimates unless a specific commitment has been agreed.
Roadside assistance is not a public emergency response service. If there is an accident with injury, fire or immediate danger, contact the appropriate UAE emergency authorities first.
Vehicle access, keys & custody
You should have lawful control of the vehicle or equipment and permission to request the proposed work. If keys or vehicle access are required, please agree on a safe handover procedure. We may document the condition of the vehicle at arrival or handover to help avoid misunderstandings.
Please remove cash, valuables, important documents and loose personal items before a workshop or extended repair where practical. Where storage, parking or collection arrangements apply, any related charges or deadlines should be communicated separately and must comply with applicable law.
We will take reasonable care of property while it is entrusted to us. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Parts, materials & customer-supplied items
A service recommendation may include manufacturer-original (OEM), suitable aftermarket, rebuilt, reconditioned or other parts, depending on the job and what has been expressly agreed. We should identify a material difference in the type or condition of a proposed replacement part before installation.
If you ask us to install a part you supply, we may assess compatibility and safety before accepting the job. Responsibility for a part's inherent defect may depend on who supplied it and the applicable law, while responsibility for our own installation workmanship remains subject to the agreed service and mandatory legal requirements.
Part availability, manufacturer supply and vehicle model variations can affect delivery times and alternatives. Ask us if you want the replaced part returned, subject to safety, exchange-core or other disclosed restrictions.
Workmanship warranty, parts warranty & aftercare
Where an express warranty applies to a repair or component, its coverage, duration, conditions and claim process should be stated in your invoice, work order or another written document. Warranties may differ by the work performed and the selected parts. Do not assume one standard warranty period applies to every service.
For a concern following a completed service, contact us promptly with the invoice, symptoms and relevant photographs. We may need to inspect the vehicle or equipment before determining the appropriate remedy.
Warranty assessment may consider unrelated damage, accidents, misuse, unauthorised modifications, normal wear or maintenance issues, but such considerations do not remove your mandatory rights for defective parts, poor workmanship or inadequate services under UAE law.
Hydraulic repair & industrial equipment
Hydraulic engineering enquiries may involve pumps, cylinders, motors, valves, hoses, seals or associated industrial components. Accurate identification, operating specifications, symptoms and equipment history help us assess the required service.
Any proposed dismantling, testing, calibration, repair, rebuilding, or parts replacement will be based on inspection and an agreed scope. Hydraulic equipment may involve stored pressure, heavy loads, electrical energy and other risks; customers and site operators must arrange suitable isolation, access, supervision and safe work conditions.
Performance criteria, test procedures, acceptance checks, transport, installation and recommissioning responsibilities should be recorded for larger jobs. We do not promise that every damaged component can be economically or technically repaired.
Completion times, availability & delays
Any stated completion or arrival estimate is based on information available at the time. Delays may occur because of parts supply, unexpected faults, specialist testing, weather, road conditions, site access or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will endeavour to communicate significant changes and discuss practical options.
Where a time, completion requirement or remedy is mandatory under applicable law or specifically agreed in writing, those obligations continue to apply.
Customer information & responsibilities
To support safe and effective service, please:
- Provide the correct vehicle or equipment details, fault history, location and contact information.
- Disclose relevant prior repairs, modifications, electrical hazards, leaks, accidents or known damage.
- Obtain permission from any owner, site manager or property authority where required.
- Follow reasonable safety, inspection, maintenance and operating instructions.
- Review proposed scope and charges before authorising work and retain invoices and warranty records.
- Avoid operating a vehicle or machine that has a known serious safety defect until properly assessed.
Safety checks, testing & vehicle movement
Some diagnostics or repairs reasonably require engine operation, electrical testing, lifting, controlled equipment testing or vehicle movement. Where a road test or vehicle transfer is necessary, we will seek appropriate authorisation and take reasonable safety precautions.
Completing one repair does not constitute a complete certification that every part of a vehicle or machine is free of faults. We may identify further issues outside the authorised scope and recommend additional inspection or repairs.
Permitted website use & information accuracy
You may use this website to learn about our services and submit legitimate enquiries. You must not deliberately interfere with site security, impersonate others, send harmful code, attempt unauthorised access or misuse website forms.
We strive for useful, current content, but educational automotive articles, guides, illustrations and service descriptions are general information rather than a substitute for individual professional inspection. Technical recommendations depend on vehicle condition and the circumstances of the job.
Some pages may link to third-party websites or tools. Those sites have their own policies, and you should review them before sharing information or making a purchase.
Copyright, branding & content rights
Website text, design elements, images, logos and other materials may be protected by copyright, trademark or other rights belonging to 95 Services or the relevant content owners. Unless otherwise permitted by law, you may not reproduce or commercially republish protected material without permission.
If you believe that content on this website infringes a right you own, contact us with the page link and enough information to review the matter.
Personal information, messages & photographs
When you contact us, we may receive your name, contact number, email, vehicle or equipment details, location, photographs, messages and information needed to respond or arrange a service. We should process and safeguard personal data in accordance with applicable UAE privacy and data-protection requirements.
Phone calls, WhatsApp and online enquiry forms may involve third-party communications services subject to their separate terms. We will not treat a service enquiry as automatic permission for unrelated promotional messages; marketing communications require an appropriate lawful basis and compliance with applicable rules.
For a request relating to your personal data, use the contact information below. A separate privacy notice should explain the relevant collection, retention, sharing and rights practices in greater detail.
Responsibility, limitations & mandatory protections
We are responsible for performing agreed services with the care and standards required by applicable law. A repair is directed at the identified and authorised scope; it may not resolve unrelated faults or damage, which should be separately diagnosed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for losses that are too remote or not legally attributable to its own acts or omissions. No part of these Terms is intended to remove or reduce a consumer's entitlement to accurate information, safe services, remedies for defective goods or inadequate work, fair compensation where legally required, or any other non-excludable protection.
Complaints, corrections & dispute resolution
We want to address genuine service concerns fairly and promptly. Please send your invoice number or booking details, a description of the issue, dates and supporting photographs (if relevant) to info@95services.com or contact our team on +971 54 344 3513.
We may request an inspection, review the prior repair and explain available corrective steps. If we cannot agree on a suitable outcome, consumers may use applicable official complaint channels, including the Dubai Consumer Rights complaint service, where its jurisdictional criteria are met.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from pursuing rights or remedies through a competent regulator, dispute-resolution body or court where legally available.
Changes, interpretation & governing law
We may update the published Terms as our business or legal requirements change. The update date above identifies this draft version. Any changes affecting an existing accepted service arrangement will be handled in accordance with that agreement and applicable law, rather than automatically replacing previously agreed terms.
If a particular provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as far as permitted by law. These Terms are intended to operate under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the relevant competent authorities or courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
The English text is supplied for convenience. Where applicable law requires an Arabic version or disclosures, those requirements must be observed, and any mandatory language rules take priority.

Common Questions
Quick answers to practical questions about these service terms.
Is an online or WhatsApp enquiry a confirmed booking?
No. Your enquiry starts the process. Appointment and job details should be confirmed with our team, including availability and any relevant fees.
Can the repair price change after inspection?
Yes, if the findings require different work or parts. Additional paid work outside the original authorised scope should be explained and approved before it proceeds, subject to any other lawful express arrangement.
Does every repair include the same warranty?
No. Warranty coverage and periods depend on the specific repair and parts and should be provided in writing when applicable. Your mandatory UAE consumer rights still apply.
Can I cancel a mobile service booking?
Contact us as soon as possible. Any fee associated with dispatch, special-order parts or work already carried out depends on the agreed terms and applicable law.
Can I request a refund or report a defective service?
Yes. Contact our team with your invoice and the problem details. We will review available remedies in line with the agreed work and mandatory UAE consumer-protection rules.
Do these terms cover hydraulic equipment services?
Yes, at a general level. Industrial hydraulic jobs may also need a specific scope, inspection or testing criteria, on-site safety requirements and written commercial terms.
Questions about these Terms?
We can clarify a service quotation, inspection, booking, parts selection or warranty documentation. For the quickest assistance, share the relevant vehicle or equipment details.
